RETURNS, EXCHANGE, WARRANTY, AND REFUND POLICIES 

RETURN POLICY 

We're so confident you'll love our AM ROBOTS brand products that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchasing.

AM ROBOTS guarantees that we will do everything we can to ensure returning your product is not necessary. However, should the need arise for any reason, please email us atservice@am-robots.usto obtain authorization for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns within 30 days of purchasing the product. 

We will gladly accept any returns on the condition that the item includes all of the original packaging, instructions/tags, and receipt. Items must be received within 30 days from the initial order shipping date. We do not accept any third-party returns. The returned product must be returned in new condition with no signs of use. All returns will be inspected before being refunded. If any issues are found during the inspection, we will contact you. For your convenience, a return label will be provided for domestic returns. For all returns within the 30-day return period, AM ROBOTS provides a prepaid return label, but we are not responsible for providing a return box. The customer is responsible for returning the product in new and unused condition. If the product is returned within the 30-day return period and we confirm the product is in like new condition and resellable, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping. If the product is returned within the 30-day return period but we deem the product is used and not re-sellable, we reserve the right to charge a 30% damaged item fee and the cost of return shipping.  Returns will be inspected within three (7) business days of receiving the return. International orders requesting a return label will be deducted from the amount refunded once the returned products are received. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We are not able to generate a return label for international returns. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges for returns. If the return label we provide is used, the associated costs will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer to use your own shipping carrier you are more than welcome to.

If a product is defective, we will accept it with a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon receipt. 

For return, repair, or replacement, you mustobtain a Return Authorization byfiling your claim online or by contacting Customer Service at service@am-robots.us. Package the item securely and return. UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS shipment is recommended, which allows the package to be tracked and insured. Replacements cannot be made on products that are not received. 

DEFECTS: 

If you wish toclaim there is a defect with your itemafter the 30-day return window has expired, or after using the product, you may contact us with your concerns. The unit will be subject to an inspection from AM ROBOTS. The inspection process will consist of photo or physical evidence of a defect. Photos can be submitted via email. If the item requires physical inspection, the customer must pay for the return shipping to our facility. If we deem theitem defective, wewillissue a refund or provide you with a replacement. 

  • If we find the unit defective, the replacement itemshipping will be paid by AM ROBOTS. 
  • If we find the unit not to be defective, the customer must pay for the re-shipping ofthe unit to the customer. If, after 30 days,the customer refuses to pay for re-shipping, the customer agrees to forfeit ownership of the item and any rights to a refund. 

WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE: 

For products returned without proof of purchase (in the case of a gift), we will gladly exchange the product for an identical product or issue a refund in the form of a AM ROBOTS credit, using the lowest price offered in the last 30 days plus applicable sales tax. 

EXCEPTIONS: 

AM ROBOTS operates in alignment with our returns policy, Vision and Values when processing returns and asks our Customers to do the same. We inspect all returned products and reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges. Other restrictions may apply.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are not able to exchange a product for another one. The item would need to be sent back for a refund. You would then be able to purchase the other item from our website. Please see the returns section for additional information.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

After the 30-day return period, our Limited One-Year Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for every “AM ROBOTS” brand product with proof of purchase. In this case, you may receive a replacement part, a replacement product, or get an AM ROBOTS store credit. 

AM ROBOTS warrants our products and accessories to be free of defect in workmanship and materials forone year after purchaseby the original owner. We will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, if it is determined by us to be defective. Damage to the product from misuse, abuse, neglect, use of other than AM ROBOTS brand accessories, disassembly, defective batteries or altering the product from its original state voids the warranty. Battery power depletion and battery expiration are not covered. This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights with respect to faulty goods. 

Warranty Coverage Exclusions:

  • Products purchased other than from AM ROBOTS USA
  • Damage from customer modification or tampering
  • Damage resulting from abuse or misuse
  • Product warranty excludes extended wear and tear

THIS CONSTITUTES AM ROBOTS’ ENTIRE WARRANTY; WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, AM ROBOTS DISTRIBUTION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT COSTS OR DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF AM ROBOTS DISTRIBUTION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF, NOR IS AM ROBOTS LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH COSTS OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, MALFUNCTION, ALTERATION OR MODIFICATION OF ANY AM ROBOTS PRODUCTS. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES EEC’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

REFUND POLICY

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund, according to our policies, to your original payment method within seven (7) business days. 

Once a return label is requested from AM ROBOTS USA, you have 30 days for us to receive the return product. After this period, return authorizations will be void, and no refunds will be issued.
