SHIPPING POLICY 

 
USA SHIPMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we invite you to review the following information for a seamless understanding of how we handle shipping and delivery.   

Handling times at our warehouse are up to two (2) business days. 
Transit times for domestic orders range from 2–5 days 
If the shipment is returned to AM ROBOTS under any circumstances, the Consumer is liable for any and all fees incurred by AM ROBOTS. Including but not limited to outbound and return shipping fees, a 20% restocking fee, and any other fees that may be imposed on AM ROBOTS. We will refund you the remainder of your initial payment within 14 business days of receiving your return. 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

AM ROBOTS will not pay any VAT, duties, taxes, or other fees imposed on imported goods by the country of delivery. To receive the shipment, the Consumer must pay any fees imposed on the imported goods. 
 
AM ROBOTS must also follow all applicable export regulations for some products. If a product requires filing, we may ask for additional information from the consumer to legally export your order. 

Handling times at our warehouse are up to five (5) business days. 
Transit times for international orders range from 10–15 days 

If You, the Consumer, refuse to pay any of the aforementioned fees and/or the shipment is returned to AM ROBOTS under any circumstances, the Consumer is liable for any and all fees incurred by AM ROBOTS. Including but not limited to outbound and return shipping fees, a 20% restocking fee, and any other fees that may be imposed on AM ROBOTS. We will refund you the remainder of your initial payment within 14 business days of receiving your return.
